Return it. I had to return the watch because at first, there were problems in charging, notifications. I hang on to it to see if I will get any response from the manufacturer. Then charge is progressively getting shorter and shorter and when the charge can only hold for only 2 days, that is when I made a decision to return it. They were good in sending the extra straps but since I returned the watch, I returned the straps with it. That is when I received a response from them. needless to say, it was too late.answered on 2021-01-22 00:00:00
