A Yes it definitely records all your sleep but I wouldn’t count on it being accurate. I have a Fitbit watch also and that one seems to be right on but this watch is always off by an hour or two

A There is a setting in the app, Quick View. In there, you can set what times that you dont want the watch screen to light up from wrist movement. I set mine not to come on between 9a- 9p

A Yes BUT I’m not sure how accurate the BP measurement is. I have a brand new Omron arm blood pressure cuff and it’s readings are quite a bit lower than the reading on the Omron. I do think the heart rate is quite accurate though. Go figure.

A NOOOO! The watch is fine, it keeps good time and date. It is easy to use on the app on your cell or tablet. I only use it for walking and one reminder to get up and move. I don't use any other features and don't do any sports. I love the pink band, it feels wonderful, like silk.I have had it two months and it is starting to loose battery life fast. It never did last 7 days but it did about 5. Now we are down to two days or a couple hours more. It does charge pretty fast, maybe 4 hours, not the 1.5 hours advertised. Although I like the size, bank, water proof stuff, it just doesn't stay charged. Finding another inexpensive watch is difficult. I have tried at least 5-6 and this has been the best.

A You can see the title. If you have a set of blue tooth earbuds, the watch and buds can be connected to your phone at the same time. The watch will alert you and you can still answer the phone on the buds. Navigation through it's features is very easy and the app for your phone is pretty much self explanatory. The learning curve if you're just playing with the features is about 10 minutes. I think it's better than the expensive ones, it's way more quality than you'd expect for the price.
