    A I don't think so. My watch would only measure oxygen when I manually selected that option. My oxygen was always high so I never got an alarm for low oxygen. There is no audible alarms on this watch and the vibration alarms are so soft it would not alert you if you were sleeping.Heart Rate and Stress monitoring are automatic and update every few minutes.
